The E-library application provides users with access to a wide selection of digital resources, including e-books, audiobooks, and magazines, at no cost. Borrowed items are available for a two-week period and are automatically returned, eliminating the risk of late fees. The collection features materials in Finnish, Swedish, and English, as well as content in other languages.

Upon initial login, users are encouraged to utilize strong authentication methods and to set up a passkey for more convenient future access.

The platform also offers options for downloading and installing a dedicated app tailored for children, featuring age-appropriate reading and listening materials suitable for a broad range of ages.

Access to the E-library is available to residents of municipalities that have adopted the service. It operates as a collaborative effort among various municipalities, provided by the National Library of Finland in partnership with public libraries nationwide.
